Discussion in 'HDD Media player(RTD 1619BPD)' started by NewGuyWithQuestions, Jun 5, 2025.

All image files should be located in the same folder as the movie and named identically as the movie with the addition of -poster or -fanart.

  3. Thanks for helping but could you write me an example or let me see a photo of how it looks like?

Also when I go to rematch it doesn't give me an option of manually choosing pictures, it just says tmdb/tvmaze etc...

That is a photo of the files on my hdd, so not sure exactly what you mean. At the moment I’m having a minor medical procedure that will keep me occupied for the next few days. The rest of your query requires a longer and more detailed answer.

All's OK just a couple of skin SBC's clear.

How to use your own images for the poster and backdrop

!. Load your video into your Zidoo and allow HT to match even though it will not have the images you want.

    2. Copy your images you want to use into the same folder as where the video file is located.

    3. With the menu button select Change Image and click on the large + under Poster.

    4. This will open your sources.

    5. Navigate to where you copied your desired images are located.

    6. Select the poster file you have.

    7. Then go to the + under the Backdrop icon and repeat the process.

    Thanks
Unfortunately it's forcing me to match like u said to something that doesn't exist. So. I have to chose any name it gives me, then I can add my poster. But thr name is still messed up.

See the image those 3 tvmaze, tmdb, and the other one, simply can't find the name to be proper to my title. How can I edit the name of the poster? See image

Best to put any posters you download in the same folder as the video file. Easier for you to find basically.
