I currently have a X10, a problem developed with the HDMI input. I know it's a older model and the Z10 replaced it, but I can't seem to find one for sale. I do NOT just want a "streaming" box, 90% of it's use is just playback. The HDMI input is the key factor, is there anything available?? I kinda wanted to stick with Zidoo.
I think the only way will be keeping your eye on eBay. It's still an old model, but the Z10 Pro (Realtek 1619DR) also has HDMI input, so you could look for one of those too. As I'm sure you've found out, HDMI input was removed from later models after the 1619DR.
1619DR? Is that a F/W version number?? What was the major differences between the Z10 and the 'Pro' version? e-bay had nothing for the X or the Z, just a 20 or more Zidoo remote controls. I thought there was more than a year or so between the intro dates for the two models.

Sorry, I didn't recognize it as a 'Chip' model number. Almost as bad as tiring to keep up with AMD processor & MB chipset numbers.
