I just received my Z10 Pro yesterday so I'm definitely not an expert. Not even a novice. But before the unit arrived I purchased a 12tb hard drive and formatted it in my PC for NTFS. From there I made a few different folders such as; "4k Rips", "4k encoded", "Movies". I copied my collection of movie files to this new hard drive and when my Z10 arrived I inserted the hard drive and booted it up. From there I connected it to the internet and then then selected my 12tb hard drive as a "source" and it took about 20-30 minutes to find information and art for my collection. My movies are labeled like this: Title (date). Out of several thousand movies it missed the artwork for about 100. Tomorrow I'm going to check out the ones that it missed and either rename the file or find the title manually. Hope my first impression of the Z10 helps.
