Z10 - DAC Filters

i've serached but found nothing. Is there any explanation of the 6 DAC Filters of the Z10 available?

The filters are those that the DAC chips themselves expose. Most of the times the manufacturers map them 1:1, but sometimes they mess up with the names specified by the manufacturer.
In the menu, possibly, the Z10 will tell you the name (or a condensed form of it...) of the reconstruction filter. They should be mentioned in the manual, thoug.

 

This chart is from Z8 but you can use it as a reference although the DAC chips are different.

 

Thank you, they have been a bit renamed (word order) but i can map Z10 names of the 1st 4 to the above.
The 2 others are:

Linear Phase Fast Switch
Min Phase fast Mix

these 2 arent in the table above. Maybe because ESS vs AKM?

 

Yeah. At least, we could get some ideas what the first 4 filers are.
