X9S keeps pausing in the middle of the movie

recently, my X9S pauses in the middle of the movie and it happens a few times.

What should I do to fix it?

What I can think of:

You maybe already tried it, but you can do 2 things:
-Do a factory reset
If that doesn't fix your problem:
-Do a Full flash and update to one of the latest firmwares. After the update you do again a factory reset.

 

My player started doing the same and eventually it died after a couple of weeks.

Have you ruled out network issues? Or is it an attached HDD? What is your source? Bluray movie or 4K? etc...
