x9 stream to internet with usb internet stick?

    My use of the fantastic x9 so far has been recording using the hdmi in function.
    It would be a great thing to be able to stream that out to a rtmp server and produce a live stream.
    Would something like the Huawei 4G LTE Mobile Internet Stick in an x9 usb port do that?
    I'm kinda on the edge of my geekiness here so your help will be most welcome
