Write letters

This is driving me nuts, but how do I write letters with the remote?

 

Or any other air mouse/remote/keyboard for android will do.

 

Problem is the keyboard dont show up when I click. Its when I scan smb and shall log in on one of ny nas.

 

Keyboard is clicked but no keyboard shows. I installed my 2 nas with earlier firmware but with the two last .30 and .35 keyboard is not showing…

 

Thanks a lot for tryingto help, but I’m worried that if I disconnect them I wont be able to install them again.
Do you know if a blutooth keyboard will work? Or does it have to some kind of android one?

 

I need to be able to wite letters for username and password to my nases. My libraries are already installed and they work,but since I cant write letters, only numbers. I cant add a new library if I want. So it has nodthing to do with felenames.

 

Thans for the help but I think I will wait and see if more people are having this problem. I’m not messing more with my nases, Its a big job if everything has to be done again

 

I plugged a usb keyboard in and that worked!
