Will a fresh version of HT 4.0 be installed if a perform a factory-reset followed by updating to the "current" version of Zidoo, 6.4.42? It appears that my installation of HT 4.0 has become corrupt (not scraping properly). The "nuclear option" of a full reset appears to be the only way to reinstall HT 4.0. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
