Hi, I would know if x5 support wifi direct or AP mode. I explain my case. I would use X5 in an apartment without internet and network connectivity. I would know if it's possible stream via airplay the video from my ipad to x5 with a wifi-direct or wifi ad hoc network connection otherwise the x5 can create a stand-alone wifi network? Thanks
Hi: the airplay is not use the wifi direct, it must through the route. the X5 can surpport the wifi direct, and can use the mirror cast to test it.
thanks for reply. I read some article about airplay without wifi and from ios 8 support peer-to-peer AirPlay. therefore, did X5 support peer-to-peer AirPlay? otherwise the only other solution to my problem is if X5 can work in WiFi AP mode. so the x5 can create an own wifi network
Hi: X5 could not support peer-to-peer AirPlay. there have a hotsport function, maybe can create the wifi network.
