I am on the most recent firmware on my z9x and when going in to set my hdmi video output, the highest resolution i have available to pick from is 1080i. All my 4k video files are playing at 1080i resolution. What am i doing wrong or if its not me, what do i need to do to fix the problem? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide
never mind - go ahead and delete the post I found out the problem. it was with my avr. I had the hdmi out from the z9x going to my avr and i thought the avr was passing through the signal directly to my tv. it does not apparently. When plugging the z9x into my tv directly, i get the 4k option. All is good with the zidoo.
