X9S Why does not work YouTube Kids??

It does not work YouTube Kids neither Clan RTVE (a video streaming app for kids)

 

I don't know for your country but it was not available for Quebec province until they release a french version witch is now available.

Edit: after verification not working in Quebec.

 

In my other Android TV (RKM MK902) both of them apps works perfectly

 

I test this APP, is fine.

 

After the last update YouTube Kids works fine but Clan don´t work.
I need Clan for my daughter.

I have the same problem with those apps and with Yomvi (Canal+) app. Please help us.
