I have the av/audio cable, plugged in, Nothing. Tried with HDMI in then out, Nothing Boot only with AV/video cable , Nothing, swap around Yellow, White and Red in video on monitor (these cables sometimes can be made dodgy) Nothing Tired various screen sizes (lower resolution) in display settings, Nothing Any thing else I can try ? The 3.5MM PORT of ZIDOO supports the 15MM on joint part, which is standard composite audio line. Please check whether your wire is compliance.

any suggestions where to purchase 3.5mm plug that is 17mm length online? it is quite difficult to find one.

I would suggest you email the seller to confirm. as you can see by the image the 4th ring is wider than the rest, and that's what is needed.
Anybody have suggestions where to purchase a cable with good plug dimension online? I'm not able to find one. All the place i have found is 15mm plug. I'm a bit desapointed that Zidoo have not provided the good cable with the box.
