I hoped v1.4.70 would fix the "Automatically open the playback screen on startup" issue. Unfortunately, for me, it does not. Although the above mentioned option is toggled to on, together with the "Jump to the playback screen when starting" in the playback settings, my DMP-A6 does not show, open or jump to the playback screen on startup. It stays on the home screen. From memory, I didn't have this issue up to v1.3.xx, only since v1.4.xx. A factory reset would probably resolve this problem, but I'm reluctant to do this at the moment.

Strike that. I deleted and reloaded the library, all good. One tidbit I found… screen rotation in screen cast! This works great for Apple Music!!! Love it, keep it up all

Sorry absolutely a little late , However, either way, I would assume I’m going to give you old and useless as of now information, The EQ that you speak of that is limited to internal player as of now, however at one time it was not, You may in fact, already possess this knowledge when I had first purchased, my A8 Just a little over a year ago, the EQ feature was available as in the way you have wished for, I wanted to employ the EQ feature from my CD transport by way of spdif input # 1, and surprisingly found that this feature was no longer there for use, gone ! now only available on internal player as you say at this particular time, I had thought or assumed this was some type of malfunction or something just not engaging correctly inside the internals of the unit, Eversolo released a statement or a comment approximately a week after I discovered this and went on to explain the EQ feature on the A8 has been discontinued or deleted , As of now only available on the new DMP A-10 at first news of this, I could not completely retain or wrap my head around this, So in other words, you are saying is you acknowledged it was there and it did work, but we deleted off from your A8 in which perhaps if this is something you really enjoyed used and wanted , currently as of now only will be available on the new DMP A10, A feature, that was available ,and implement it and worked well , very well. it has been brought up and mentioned several times in this forum if you have the time to go through past entries,what a most interesting statement from Eversolo , we are aware that it was there and worked well. The Part that irritates me the most why would you implement an employe such a feature only to take it away not make it usable as such to purchase a new much more costly unit , Wright ? That’s the way I interpreted, not good, IDK , I do realize business is business, but you do not install features , that I will call and amenity, that was a very useful feature and then suddenly after the fact, you have decided to take it away and make it no longer unusable, and only make it available only through the purchase of your new model DMP A10 , Perhaps you may take or have a better opinion than mine, as to any sensible answer, however just my own personal thought and opinion, I am not a corporate businessman. I really don’t believe that to make a decision or implement, a decision such as this would most certainly not be a sensible one from many Numerous aspects ,and future outlooks, I am only a novice, however this is certainly not the way that I would have based And put forth my decision on this matter, however, that’s just me and my extremely limited corporate knowledge and experience ,Again, I apologize if you have been aware , best of luck to yourself and enjoy the music
