Maybe this was mistranslated. It could mean:

They cannot fix the firmware, there is not enough concern.​

Or another way of saying that Zidoo don't care.

I was thinking about the OPPO UDP 203 Reference Audiocom and UDP 205.

 

Today is exactly 2 months after this faulty update, that's how much time Zidoo...

I have changed several Dune and Zidoo models over the last few years, and have also tested Zappiti. What I have learnt from this:

1. i was a happy owner of the UHD3000 for 2 years and it was a mistake to swap it so early for the 8K range.

2. i will not buy another Dune.

3. i will stay with the Zidoo but will not buy a media player less than 1 year after release.


This is based on my personal experience and Zidoo will not see the money from me again so quickly.

 

You're right and understand your frustration but when you decide to buy the box it may be obsolete!!
Furthermore, you'll miss the beta tester game!!

 

2 months, time flies.

 

They were around $1,200 (If I recall what I paid) and still oppo was not making enough money on them. Imagine what they would cost now with that quality.

in exchange for a single Oppo UDP-205 in perfect condition (and without the slightest modification)

Hi All,
Is there a way to adjust embedded SRTs on the UHD8000.
I'm confuse, but on the SRT adjustment controls, it seems imposssible to adjust (forward or backward)
On the subtitles panel, this control adjustment is missing.
It's so strange, this seems a basic control.
Any idea ?

There are 3 ways to change the synchronization with the subtitles
1.Through the zidoo app
2.Free software called TimeAdjuster
3 Free software called Subtitle Edit

On my old UDH3000, I could move the subtitles forward or backward directly in the Home Theater app in the subtitle settings.

I don't intend to use external applications to adjust these subtitles.
