Both my boxes suffer from the standby bug. Thought it was only 1 but noticed the other has too, just depends how long I leave it. I've gotten in the habit of just restarting as part of my routine.

That happened to me once. I pulled the batteries and re inserted them. Odd.

It happened again yesterday but first reboot didn't work, need a second one to play another title and then back to the next episode to recover normal status.
Edit: it happens each time you play a full episode. When finished, Zidoo is unable to play a new one. Need to reboot twice.

I made a separate thread with the question, but also duplicate it here.

Occasional HDMI resync (or short signal loss) issues on Z9X 8K when using any variant of tv-led output. Several times during the hour at random times of movie. Nо problem with LLDV output with same content.
There are also no problems if I connect old Z9Х Pro with tv-led output to the same place with the same content.
Z9X 8K v1.2.01 with factory reset after update.

UPD. Not 100% sure right now, but it seems to happen with Dolby Vision profile 5 videos only.
    Trying to localize the problem.

This is a known issue. I get this. Not as much with latest firmware but enough to be noticeable.

Off topic I know, but is anyone else having problems accessing the site via Chrome? Mine is just throwing a ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error:

Also, cant access the site via chrome on the AML box (same error), and the f/w update just spins rather than saying f/w uptodate.

@Markswift2003 - have the site settings changed over the last day or so?

I can access and login fine via Epic browser.

Wonder how many others users think the site is down...

First I've heard about it - the only issue I have logged with TV Led Dolby Vision is this one:

(UPDATE) TV Led Bypass options cause stuttering
*** I asked xxxx if this was still happening – he has confirmed that TV Led Passthrough stutters “Like Crazy” on some content, but not others and is “Unwatchable”***

Several people have reported stuttering issues with the new TV Led bypass options.

xxxx has provided this clip to test where he can reliably replicate the issue in both of the new TV Led Bypass modes:

Nope - working in Chrome on the box and PC and update server responds immediately.

No! This has been an issue through a number of firmwares. When playing DV the screen does a random resync and you loose picture and audio for a second or so. Need to turn video off then back on or it will keep happening every minute or so.

See the link below that has a video of an extreme occurrence.

    http://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?thr...ro-z3000-pro-uhd8000.99711/page-2#post-243106

It happens much less frequently with latest firmware but is still there.

Oh yeah, I remember that - thought that was fixed?

No. It still happens but not as often.

Yes. This is exactly what happens.

This does not help in my case. The problem persists.

It seems I managed to localize the problem.
In my case, this happens when playing a Dolby Vision profile 5 file (dvhe 5.07) in mp4 container. I remuxed this file into mkv container (no any recoding, just remux) and the problem is completely gone.
