I was hoping for some improvement in the bluray menu, but I think the Zidoo team abandoned that. I'm going to Dune. I think Dune engineers are more competent.

 

I wouldn't say that! I just think Dune like to position themselves as the best for bluray menus. They are behind Zidoo in lots of other things.

 

I expected something bigger in terms of updates..

Still no Polish language in the settings... maybe it's 60%... the rest in English...

Zidoo will probably wait a few months until the firmware is released, which will decide whether Zidoo will be the main player.
He's losing for now.

 

Don't expect anything from this side if a user doesn't decide to make the translation for them. This what I did with the new settings for the users in my own language.

 

I do like the Dune firmware support as it remains very stable. Above all their approach updating also several previous generations is outstanding.
But as Blenky says a lot is running very much behind in their development with now above all the Music Player of Zidoo jumping to several leagues ahead. If you use the player also for playing music then the choice is very easy.

I do expect DVD/BD Menu to get some attention again sooner or later. The last update was above all a huge bug fixing release which is good to see.
