You don't need to do that any more - I changed the file permissions.

I can't see anything wrong in the EDID, but the audio HDMI port will use the EDID of the Denon, not the TV.

What I don't understand is that you've had the 8000 since August and have not mentioned this previously.

After v1.1.60 was released, you said that TV Led Bypass was an improvement and didn't mention any issue with the audio.

What has changed in your setup?

In my configuration nothing has changed, everything has remained the same. I didn't say anything because this problem didn't occur often but lately it has and to get around the problem I did a source change in the amplifier itself and the problem was solved. To be clear, when the movie started I did a source switch from DVD to CD and then again from CD to DVD, everything resynchronized and the audio no longer stutters. By doing this however another problem arose and that is that the video output went from 24hz to 60hz. By doing this source input switch in the Denon the problem is solved but I don't like the video output to change. I didn't say anything for this reason but today I'm tired of always doing this switch to be able to watch a movie in Dolby Vision. I hope I expressed myself clearly and that Google translates what I wrote well.
The first photo is after switching and the video output goes to 60hz. The second photo is without switching and the video output is at 24hz, but with stuttering audio.

Ok let's try something - I want to look at the EDID from the AVR

Can you connect like this again:

    Zidoo > AVR > TV

    and download the EDID again.

That also raises another question - you say that the problem didn't occur often but lately it has.

That indicates that in some circumstances, the problem does not occur, so you have to try and identify what is different between the times the problem occurs and the times it doesn't occur. Possibly to do with audio codec.

The circumstances are always the same, I never change anything. An example, about 30 minutes ago I tried and it didn't do the fault. Then I turned everything off and on again and the problem came back, how do you explain this?

Like I say, I have no idea at all - I can't replicate the problem and so I'm as much in the dark as you.

I also use two separate HDMI cables on the Z3000pro to send the video signal to the TV and the audio signal to the Marantz Cinema 50 and it works correctly. So it couldn't be that the problem you have comes from your Denon?

It could be anything or it could be nothing. I only have a problem with Dolby Vision movies and when I had the UHD3000 I didn't have any problems so I don't think the problem is the Denon.

I think the audio codec has little to do with it because the problem occurs with all audio codecs, whether Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, DTS, DTS-HD Master Audio, etc. etc. If that were the case, I should also have problems with movies in SDR, HDR, HDR10. I only have problems with movies in Dolby Vision, the very strange thing is precisely this.

This is a long shot, but I've taken the audio codecs from the Denon and put them into your main EDID, so try the attached EDID and see if that makes a difference.

Damn - I knew it was a long shot - the second HDMI port uses the EDID connected to it and not the main EDID, but it was worth a go.

Can you tell me how you these settings set:

To dispel any doubts, do you have the possibility to carry out a test with another new generation AVR?

    Ok, another long shot, try:

    Display/Color Settings/4K 23~30Hz: Priority YUV422 12BIT

    And maybe:

Display/Color Settings/HDMI Signal format: Standard format
