hello I have a bricked zidoo z10 !! it boots on hello but does nothing else! I tried to flash it as indicated on the support page I downloaded the file I renamed it put in the usb key in fat32 press restore at the same time as power on the zidoo launches an "up" message but remains blocked several hours on this up without reacting what to do please!
