If you have a hdd connected to your box don't use usb-3 port
The Usb-2 ports will play fine

When you try to play a file what happens?

Can you post a Media Info report?

These players have zero problems playing a 4K HEVC MKV files so something's obviously amiss but without seeing a Media Info report or having one of the files to test there's not a lot can be said.

Does it play from the mediacenter? if not then your rips are corrupt ! Try ripping one ore two again with makemkv.

Q: you rip your 4k with makemkv to your computers HDD or SSD (whatever you have)?
Then you copy your rip to the zidoo hdd? if you do it this way it is possible that not the whole file is copied to your zidoo. The best way is to rip direct to the zidoo.

Mediacenter would make no difference - it uses the same player as HT.

A Media Info report would be better, but I can see no read flags in the files from what you've sent.

Can you make a 2 minute clip using MKVToolnix from one of the files, make sure that clip exhibits the same problem and post to somewhere like Mega.nz or Google Files.

Just to point you in the right direction, MKVToolnix is here:

MKVToolNix news – Matroska tools for Linux/Unix and Windows

Install it, open the file in it and in the output tab set splitting mode like this:

i was not able to do this, but what I did do was a factory reset on my zidoo. after the reset the zidoo played the 4k file. But was not able to find metadata. When I install a apk file for updating hometheater 5.0 to find metadata the player stops playing 4k files , so the problem is in hometheater 5.0, I think I need a decent update for this player

That is the "apk file for updating hometheatre" for the BPD models, so what did you install in post 16??

before I installed the v4.3.40, but I still have a problem, the moment I add external harddrives and start synchronizing, the 4k file (on a separate harddisk) is not possible to play again, when I remove the other added harddrives and restart the zidoo , the 4k file is playable again....

Might be wrong, I can't remember, but I don't think v4.3.40 was released for the 1619BPD - regardless, if it's fixed now, all's good!
