TVDB

I cant match anything with TVDB. It was working until a few days ago.
TMDB still works though

Please fix it.

 

It’s most likely a TVDB problem this has happened several times in the past. Possibly they changed their API so everyone using their service will need to issue a fix. TMDB matches movies and TV quicker than the volunteers at TVDB add details of new titles.

 

TMDB has problems with some of my series. TVDB catches all the season specials, for example. So I prefer to match all my TV series with TVDB.
I do relise it has happened in the past, thats why I posted for ZIDOO to fix it.

 

Have you tried the TVMAZE option to match the difficult titles?

 

I just tried TVDB here in Sydney to do a rematch on an oldish title series American Gods 2019. No problems. Possibly a naming issue ? Anyway TVDB is working for me on TV series.

 

When I'm on my computer's browser to rematch a series using TVDB I get a pop up "Empty Data".
When I do the search on the zidoo on the same series using TVDB it is found but actually nothing is rematched, nothing is changed.
I dont know how I can do a search with TVMAZE on the zidoo. I only get TMDB & TVDB

 

TVMAZE works from the Zidoo, but i dont that option on my computer's browser

 

The web browser is not the place to do matching or rematching, it is very limited in its scope and hasn’t been developed for a long time. All the major work should be done on your Zidoo. The only time I ever use the web editor is if I want to change the words in the synopsis provided by TMDB, TVDB or TVMAZE.
