TV Remote Control with HDMI-CEC

Hi,

Model: Z3000 PRO

When I'm using my LG TV's remote control to control on my Zidoo Z3000 it's slowly! and move back/forward move very slowly completing to the Zidoo Z3000 IR remote control.

Please improve the HDMI CEC support to other remote controls.

 

Nah - CEC is the work of the Devil! Do we need all the messages from you? Could you not have condensed them into one? Just saying

 

I'm using magic remote from LG TV. Don't see much of a delay or difference between Zidoo remote or LG TV remote. Cursor doesn't work but the arrows are very fast. @Ronen maybe your receiver is processing request or something similar.
What I'm missing out of Zidoo is ability to select menu function (button) on custom coloured buttons. Those functions are passed to LG remote as custom buttons but I can't get the selected item menu function and have to get Zidoo remote if needed.

Thank you, and yes the menu button is missing on the LG remote control. maybe they can add color shortcuts for this.

I have don't have any problem on HDMI CEC for me its great tech and if you have issues with other devices it's your problem. keep it from my post.

I didn't open this post to know the different opinions about the HDMI CEC technology.

I opened this post to get a solution from development for a specific problem I have. So please don't interrupt and I'm not interested in your comments.

Good luck in getting a solution - I'm just saying in these forums CEC at best is highly erratic at worst it doesnt work.

 

Again, I didn't ask your opinion, my post poiny only to Zidoo support team.

 

This is not a Zidoo Support Forum, it is an English Speaking Members Forum. Of course you may get support from other members but you really ought to read similar threads to yours before posting. I won't say anything more other than good luck and consider writing to Zidoo if you don't receive support on here
