When watching TV *sometimes* the tv (bravia) remote will (randomly) change settings on the x9. Eg I press volume up and the x9 source input will switch. Another time a different button on the tv remote will toggle the mute. It doesn't seem to be consistent. Sometimes pressing the volume buttons on the Z9 remote will 'fix' the behaviour for the rest of the session. Also the tv mute will never mute the x9. Maybe it's the tv settings? The HDMI cable? Something else? Thanks for any insights!
Thanks for the feedback. The issue you mentioned is similar to another user reported remote control issue, we are working on it and expecting to fix it in a new firmware.
The main issue with tv remote control is fixed Cheers But -- the mute on the tv remote still does not mute the x9.
