To Zidoo Tech Support : HDMI In Record Problems..

    Dear Zidoo tech supports.

    May I know when you could have new firmware to fix below issues.


    UHD2000 HDMI In: Recording saved in TS and MP4 files NO AUDIO !!.. TS files can playing but NO AUDIO ; Can not play MP4 files .

    Please help to fix it.
