The Home Cinema does not display the “NOT MATCHED” correctly.

    Hi Everbody,

    I have the latest firmware update on zidoo Z10 and need your help.

    When I use my laptop to update the cover films by scanning, there is a problem. The Home Cinema does not display the “NOT MATCHED” menu correctly. Normally, I have to see the films which are not recognized, so without the covers ..., but here I see all the films which are recognized at the same time.

    Help me please. :(

    Windows 10 up to date and Firefox up to date.

    It's a bug I'm afraid - there are quite a few in the web page.

    I've reported quite a few but so far nothing has been fixed in the web interface since HT2. I'll add this to the list!

    You have to go to "All" and scroll down to "Others" at the bottom. It may be easier to do on the Zidoo itself.

    It's been passed to the engineers and it's on the list to be fixed.
