Well. It's just a APK. So they can release it when it's ready. Sad thing is they don't use he beta group. Don't communicate at all. May release a bugged app. Won't be the first time

 

So what is the point of being a beta test group on here ?

What special things do you get or access to ?
Or is it you just report bugs etc .....

And how do you become one ?

 

There is a beta forum. But last beta firmware post was like more than half a year ago. They released beta firmware directly to public since then

 

I guess we are the Guniea pig tester it seems then .

Just like car manufactures they release to the public for them to report back with issues rather than long term road tests before releasing the car .
Which could cost them millions of $$$ testing them themselves .....
And delays

 

yes it's been a long time since the zidoo team does not send FW beta anymore

 

The new Home Theatre looks really good from the screenshots, I just hope they don't lose the function where your own folders are options in the "Sort/Order" box
So I have 2D-Kids, 2D-Adult, 3D-kids, 3D-Adults folders which display in Home Theatre app making navigating to the correct type of film super easy (ie 2D-kids films). Hopefully the new Home Theatre app doesn't lose this functionality. I dreally hope the new version of Home Theatre does not lump all the 2D and 3D kids films together or even worst lump all 2D adult and kids films together!!!!

But i do read peoples frustrations on here
But pointless swearing or insulting as your post will be removed .......

And the Zidoo team and people on here are all trying to rectify issues and get to the bottom of things .

it's an assumption,

it will be available at the same time as the zidoo x20 pro late November normally

 

Its coming on both items ........

And its been what we have been waiting for for quite a long while
If it looks like and plays like what we have seen be worth the wait .

But expect some bugs .
