SMB not adding drives

Hi all I've set up my z30pro, but I can't add my network shares it sees the Nas and can access the drives but it won't let me add them just says unknown error,I've done a factory reset but still same issue any help appreciated

 

Did you make sure that your NAS and Z30Pro both have a static IP address?

 

Is this error when adding a device in HT5? Can you access and see content in the shares if you go in using Media Center?
