I'm really not sure what's happening here then - all I can say is that I don't think the problem is the Zidoo - the only mode I've seen to cause something similar is Realtek the engine HDR to SDR conversion and if the Zidoo is outputting HDR10, that's not the problem.
I changed HDMI port then setup with Samsung's HDMI connection manager tool. Then set ST.2084 Gamma on -1 and Shadow Details on -2 , picture is Excellent. Thanks for your try to Help
