My Zidoo X9 will not allow any searches for programmes, films etc., because the search window, in all modes, is missing all the alphabet letters, numbers etc., in the search table. The oblong search window, marked 'search' is empty. I have sent two emails with a picture of the empty search table, but no reply so far.
