The best solution is an external usb3 flash drive ( I am using a 64 Gb one and it works well - but it is expensive). Don't use an external hard disc to avoid overheating of the box. Micro sd card can also be inserted in the slot (capacity less than 32 Gb). I tested one, high speed recording type, and found the box less performant. If the additional memry is not to be read by a pc under windows, prefer ext4 format.
I put a 128Gb evo for external SD. The problem is that the internal sd is 4Gb, not suppose to be a 16Gb?
