Hello. I have a 2tb SSD connected to the external sata port using the cable supplied with my Z9X 8K. No matter which way I format the drive, every file manager app I have sideloaded cannot gain write access to the drive because evidently Zidoo has left a certain aspects of the firmware which is required. Can this be rectified?? Or does anybody have a way around it? It's just another let down for me and as much as I don't want to this device is very close to being packed up and returned.
Why do you need a 3rd party file manager? Just use the included one? I have a 2TB SSD connected via sata port and have used it for months with zero issues.
