    Merci d’avance.

    Hello everyone,

I don't speak Shakespearean English well, so my message is in French, sorry. I'm having absolutely no luck getting my Zidoo 20 Pro to work. I'm not getting any scraps from my movies; nothing is recognized. My movies are categorized as follows: e.g., (folder) Movie name (year) / (file) Movie name (year). This was the method used on my old player.
    Thanks in advance.

    Merci @xskip,

The file fitted correctly. It's perfect! I was ready to return the product. It's absolutely great, better than my old Zappiti, no regrets. I should have known about it before. Now I need to familiarize myself with this device. Thank you.

@Sting Ice , with the exception of the dedicated Chinese areas, this is an English speaking forum.

Whilst there are many nationalities and languages represented here, if everyone posted in their native language, the forum would quickly become unusable.

    Please only post in English

I don't regret my "forced" switch to Zidoo since Zappiti shut down.

This device is truly effective, faster and smoother than anything I've ever used.

I realized that my files also contain ISO formats.

This seems to be causing problems for the player, which doesn't adapt the correct viewing format.

I don't see any possible settings to manage these formats individually when they're played.

    That's strange...
I read in some retailers' specifications that Zidoo players support BDMV/ISO formats.

That's not the case with my Z20P.

    Hello @mija1789 ,
Thanks for your feedback. The APK file installation went well indeed; it solved my problem with scraping when unpacking my player. But my problem is that ISO files aren't displayed correctly. They don't scale to fit the TV screen.
I thought the problem was with the Home Theater, which is still running 4.3.40 and not 4.3.50 despite this APK update.
Is there anything else I can do to upgrade to 4.3.50 ?
Is this really related to my problem with ISO file playback ?

    Thanks for your help
