Nice ,so set it to power on from back ,leave that on all the time ,and place the power cord on a wifi /alexa power adapter ,then add that to alexa and turn unit on/off with voice

 

This does not appear to work for any 'action' initiated via Roon when used as a Roon ready device. Ideally I would like the screen to turn off after about 10-20 mins of inactivity while I almost exclusively use the DMP-A6 Gen2 via Roon. But it will turn off the screen even when I'm still playing music via Roon or even if I interact to change the volume or change tracks. Is there any workaround for this? It appears Roon is treated slightly as a second citizen. This should be a simple fix. Currently I have to keep touching the screen or turn off the screen saver!

Is there a manual on how to import-export playlists?
I have found a way to export a evpls but that is useless to me. It is unreadable.

How do i handle the "/" "\" windows vs android difference?

I see examples with /storage/
via SMB it is called /share/
what is the real name of the library directory? Can i start the relative path name with the 'bus number name'

were is the import button?
If i import a m3u8 file from the "files" app; i get a parsing error.
No info nothing, no log file.
But i can think of a reason why the machine does not understand :
"\\192.168.1.37\share\7EBF-DD87\SACD-multichannel\John Mayer\Heavier Things SACD 5.1\03 - Something's Missing.dsf"
Why does the import function do not handle the "/" "\" or /storage/ share/ differences?
This line is created by a foobar creating a playlist of files on the eversolo dmp a6 via smb on 192.168.1.37

why can i not make playlist from library! I'm just trying to add all song from 1 library! This should not be rocket science.

 

Found some answers
My nvme has a folder SACD-multichannel
If i place in the root of the nvme a m3u8 file with these track references it works
"/SACD-multichannel/Led Zeppelin/II SACD 5.1/01 - Whole Lotta Love.dsf "

So i removed "\\192.168.1.37\share\7EBF-DD87" from the original lines and replaced the \ for /

if i select this file it plays the playlist!

But how do i add this to the device playlists?

Now the device is cleuless on what is playing. I can not add the actual playing song to an other playlist.
