For VIDEO out you can opt for any of the Zidoo multimedia players...

Yes but the Music Player is way less developed. No idea why this is not updated?

    1. Hardware restrictions?
    2. They already have the AUDIO line...
Actually it's a bit weird to pretend audio-specific from video players, and video capabilities from audio players...

I am very familiar with both Zidoo and Eversolo media/music players. The Eversolo Music Player is a further development of the Music Player from Zidoo used on the Neo type player (already having a front display with touch control). Porting back some/most of the goodies/improvements from Eversolo Music Player to Zidoo Neo should be very well possible. Could be a second Music Player controlled via the Eversolo App with only a passive view on the attached TV via HDMI.

Then let's hope they do it... will be a game-changer, if also the price is kept competitive; you know, it's easly done at 5/6k...

I have connected two DACs to the Eversolo A6. A Topping D70 Pro Octo via USB and an MHDT Orchid via Coax. I can't seem to switch the output between the two. I can switch it via the app but the sound doesn't switch. The Topping route gives an output but the Orchid doesn't. For the Orchid to work, I have to disconnect the USB from the Topping and shut it down and then restart the Eversolo. Any solutions to this please?

You can try to use an usb switch (the Orchid has also an USB input) so that the A6 sees only one DAC or wait until the Topping starts to become a brick...

USB is the way to go with almost any DAC (or IIS which is seldom available).

Thanks I thought of that. Have been searching for a switch for the last 1 hour. Can’t find one which has one input and 2 outputs. If you know of a good one please do let me know.

Any USB Switch has several Inputs (=Host ports) and typical only 1 Output (device port). That Output can be connected to a USB HUB again for multiple devices if desired
Use such a switch to automatically switch my USB docking Station to 4 media players used by me. The one being powered-on gets the Docking Station (with up to 5 HDD's).
Absolutely never fails but there is a cycle button to force any port manually if needed.

Updated the review with M3U now being supported. this by deleting the observation that it was not. Also Updated the BT Output paragraph.

If I need to change anything else please just shout.
