Request for support of Spotify Lossless[Resolved in v1.5.60, support Spotify connect lossless/24bit]

    No, not yet. Connect only finds my two Shields and WiiM.

    What country are you located in? If they do it like they did before, they will be rolling out regionally. I’m in MA US, and its live for me as of an hour or so ago. Prior to that, it was not finding my eversolo, Prior to that, connect found my eversolo, but did not play lossless.

    I'm in the Caribbean. I don't recall Spotify connect ever finding my A6.

    Hmmm. YOu may want to call Spotify at some point. It sounds like an issue in their court.

    Relax…. Spotify Connect is working and it is finding the A6 as usual, but IT IS NOT LOSSLESS. Nothing has changed

    I can confirm that Spotify Connect lossless is now working for me.

    After a reboot of my Eversolo device Spotify Connect couldn’t connect to my DMP6 ME.

    I then logged out and back in again and then Spotify Connect lossless was active.

    It may take a few tryouts before it works. But it has definitely been activated.

    Not for me yet. Spotify Connect to my Marantz receiver shows Lossless, to Eversolo does not

    I have rebooted several times, logout and login in Spotify, updated the Eversolo app in my iPhone

  8. updated eversolo app, restarted both spotify and eversolo, now it gives me the lossless option, not selectable because I don't have a subscription, but some things have also changed in spotify that they updated, in my opinion it could be that it solved the spotify problem.

    If you reboot your Eversolo and Spotify Connect can find your Eversolo, then the change has not been implemented yet.

    Finally I can confirm that it now works for me....Spotify connect shows 'lossless' connection and the DMP A10 shows PCM 44.1 kHz 16 bit. It is only required to explicitly allow "Lossless" under the point 'streaming quality' in the settings menu. Thanks to the Eversolo team for all the effort.

    i have rebooted the A6, I have updated the app, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify, I have disabled/enabled Spotify Connect on the Eversolo app, I have logout and login in Spotify, I have restated my router, I have changed the media quality in Spotify app (except Lossless which is not available). All devices connect to Spotify Connect lossless except the Eversolo

    the only thing that I have not tried is to update Spotify app, because there is no update available

    Then you just have to to wait. There is nothing else you can do. It’s being rolled out step by step.

    but did you get an update from Spotify? I cannot imagine this can be rolled out without an app update

    I am puzzled by Hifi Roses’s comments that they would offer a hardware device to their products to get Spotify Connect to work properly.

    Eversolo now works with none of that nonsense.

    What’s up with that ??

    It makes me laugh to think about all the assumptions regarding the Android version!! :) :)

    Please ensure your firmware has been upgraded to v1.5.30 and reboot the device. We implemented it on v1.5.30 but are awaiting final approval from Spotify. Spotify approved it just last week, and we cannot promote it until then.

    I am on v1.5.30 and have rebooted several times. I guess I need to wait for Spotify…
