Hi, guys! I've encountered with a bad problem. When Power off button on remote pult is pressed then system android message "Wait o close application" appears and nothing more. So i need to turn off and on device just by hardware switch. Does exist some reset that can magically repair it? Any advices would be appreciable.
After several days of efforts to get a solution from zidoo support i know now how i can swtich device off and on. Secret information from zidoo support attached.
For me working power working proper on 1.7.8/1.8.1/1.9.7 Try to do factory reset, if still not solve do recovery with full image 1.7.8.
Thank You for attention. Yes i've done factory reset. It does almost nothing, just clear user's settings. Would You explain a procedure "recovery with full image 1.7.8"? I'm not sure, that it's possible to go down from 1.9.7 to 1.7.8
Is possible to downgrade from 1.9.7 to 1.7.8 with recovery process and 1.7.8 . But is look like you are not familiar with Zidoo product. Recovery process with recovery ZIDOO Z9S v1.7.8 are on Zidoo support site. Keep on mind Zidoo recommendation for update with full recovery image
Yes, i'm not familiar with zidoo product yet. But zidoo support too . I've got answer from service@zidoo.tv that it's impossible to get back from 1.9.7
