Remote issues

Hi, just got my x9s box today, and it looks very good, still the remote is not working.. or it's the box that is not able to receive IR. The remote lights ut whenever I press TV buttons, but not else.. I have not been able to connect to the TV though. I have a wifi remote, but it's crap and I really want the origianal to work.

Anybody have any tips on how to get it working or what could be wrong?

Nope just red when I press the TV Control buttons.. I really hope it's just the remote..

Do I contact the place of purchase for a new remote or Zidoo direct?

I suggest that get the conclusion after you connect the box to a TV.
