Qobuz Connect playback prematurely stops

    this started just recently, last week or so.
    Some tracks just terminates abruptly and the next track starts.
    Have not noticed any patterns, seemingly random tracks once in a while.

    Spotify Connect has absolutely no issues!

    Yes, I have the same problem occasionally, but it seems to be improving. I have the same issue on my Eversolo Play, and it was also the case with my WiiM Ultra, which I sold. So I think the problem stems from Qobuz, which is gradually improving the application; it was much worse at the beginning of Qobuz Connect.

    I also sold my WiiM Ultra which had worse issues with Qobuz Connect. My hunch is it's T8 that is the culprit, not Qobuz. But who knows?

    I didn't sell my Ultra because of this. And as I was saying, I don't think the T8 is the problem. Last night it happened on my Eversolo Play; a song in a playlist stopped abruptly and skipped to the next one. And my Eversolo T8 worked for several hours during the day with Qobuz Connect without any problems; it's random.

    I remember seeing a few people complaining about this on the WiiM forum.

    I already opened a case with Qobuz, who referred me back to Eversolo, and Eversolo referred me back to Qobuz! I use the Qobuz app on the Eversolo devices if I absolutely don't want this behavior.

    Seems to be an issue specifically with Qobuz Connect. It does this same thing on my Marantz M1 when I use Qobuz Connect but not with the in-built Qobuz interface and not when I play Qobuz in any other manner. It only does it with Qobuz Connect.

    Perhaps I shouldn't be the only one to open a support ticket with Qobuz... maybe if several people do it they will eventually take action.

    I have the same issue on all my Eversolo Streaing devices, A6gen2ME, A8, T8, using Qobuz Direct or Eversolo App..
    Any mitigation idea?

    Is there really a company behind this expensive equipment?
    Absolute least they could do is acknowledge user reports and offer some answers.
    Tell us it's Qobuz's problem. Tell us we're working on it. Tell us something.

    So far, the issues are just annoying. But if it gets worse or stays the same,
    my T8 will go on Ebay.

    Looks some peope have the issue and unless many other issues where they are more transparent, the engagement of Eversolo is not visible on this topic. Maybe somethign happens, maybe not, who knows.
    Gmon, when you are using the Eversolo App for Qobuz access, you have same issues? I have same issues, so its not limited to Connect function for me. It seems to be the general playack of Qobuz content on Eversolo devices.

    You're bringing up an old post from December 2025. Shortly after that post, the situation greatly improved on my two Eversolo Play and T8 devices. Today, and for several weeks now, I haven't had any problems with Qobuz Connect. It might be a matter of geographical location.

    Im located in Europe. You said improved, you had some contact with the support, you know what has been changed? December 2025 is not that old, at this time i had the issue as well.

    This has never come up as a problem ever for me with Qobuz on my T8. I’m in New Jersey.

    I contacted both Qobuz and Eversolo support, and they kept passing the buck. It eventually resolved itself. I'd heard that the servers were having issues in some countries. I'm in Canada.

    I can't even contact Qobuz and try to get a solution from their end because i have no logs which i could share, for this Eversolo needs to became more transparent.

    I had the same problem with my A6 gen2 ME, however, after the latest update to 1.5.60, playback stops and simply remains for several seconds, and then continues. This happens with the native Eversolo app; with Qobuz Connect, playback stops and the connection is completely lost.
