Hi everyone, I purchased two new 18TB hard drives (one as a backup) and they are about 9TB full. When I connect the hard drive to the x9s and play a movie with zDMC, after an indefinite period of time, it returns to the home screen. I did a full format, put the videos back on the hard drive, and everything worked perfectly. When I disconnected the hard drive from the x9s to connect it to my PC to add new videos, and then reconnected it to the x9s, the problem returned. I started the video and after an indefinite period of time, it froze and returned to the home screen. I also fast-forwarded the video, which froze and displayed the message "Video does not support this function." I tried the other hard drive (the backup one) and the problem was solved. Could the hard drive be defective?

Hi everyone, I think I solved the problem with my hard drive by creating two partitions. But now I have another problem: AAC and MPEG2 audio no longer works, it was audible before. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Turn the volume up.

If you're referring to the soundbar volume, I usually listen at 30. I turned it up to 50, but it was muted. With other audio formats, AC3, DTS, etc., it sounds fine. If you're referring to a setting, please help. Thanks.

No, the volume on the Zidoo.

Bitstreams (Dolby & DTS) are of course not affected, but PCM formats (MP3, FLAC, AAC etc) can have the gain reduced - so if you turn the "volume" down on the Zidoo you'll only affect PCM formats and it's easy to set it to zero or mute it by accident - again, only affecting PCM formats.

The best bet is to set Volume Passthrough Mode in Audio settings, but I can't remember if these old boxes have that facility.
