Sorry for my english. I buy x6 pro brand new. When install the Orange tv App, entry ok, and when i was registered send "Lo sentimos, la configuración de tu dispositivo no es compatible con Orange Tv. Comprueba si esta rooted (F20)". I need a solution or the x6pro isn't valid for me. Thanks
Until now you are in troubles. AFAIK all Zidoo X6 Firmwares, even the one declared NON rooted, leaves some traces of parts of the root needed binary files. And some of this "nasty" apps don't like it.... Many of us (including me, even I'm not directly interested because I NEED root access on my devices) asked Zidoo some way to make X6 truly "unrooted", but until now no answers about. If you are a very geek user you have some (indeed long and difficult) way to "clean" your X6 yourself. If you ask "how to", you are not skilled enough, sorry. I hope Zidoo could answer you with a working solution.

I have the same problem. The problem is not in the device. The problem is the app . I do not understand why these companies do these things . ¿ Urooted device to watch TV ? Why? Even if related to another app (but with similar use, and same "idiosyncrasy"), look at this thread: http://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?threads/timvision.2052/ and also in another thread from this post from myself: http://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?threads/onekeyroot-root-fuction.1686/page-3#post-11043 We are still waiting for a working "full unroot" solution from Zidoo, else something from a geek able to modify Zidoo FW or some file in X6 itself to "calm down" those nasty and pesky apps. Maybe this vacation period is slowing down responses.
