Hello, why no one from Support answers Threads in X7? No support for it due too expensive or less sales? Very bad Support, even not mentioned on download page... I guess, was ma first and last zidoo, waiting for an fix for playback issues since weeks....
i am waiting no almost 4 weeks for new firmwre which i wasl told in an email. will wait a few more days but if no new firmware and resolve my playback, will throw my x7 out of the window. Support--> no support, Box -->Software seems to be beta and no updates overall--> never again an zidoo product if nit FW release within 2 weeks.
