Hello, I have the X9s since September 2016. Have done all firmwareupdates. Currently the 1.4.4 is running. My network settings are as follows: W-lan: off Ethernet: static IP: 192.168.0.123 Subnet: 22 (255.255.252.0) Gateway: 192.168.2.150 DNS: 192.168.2.150 When I starting the X9s I have no network connection. Only after restarting the X9s is "connected". Have already changed the network cable and the network switch. The problem I have since the beginning and I thought that will be fixed with a newer firmware. Unfortunately so far not. What else could I do?
Very few people use static, maybe the problem is in that area? Should work of course but maybe the FW expects DHCP somewhere at start-up?
Hi, Today the flshed the latest firmware. (1.4.12). The problem is still there. Every time I restart the X9s I have no network. When I unplug the network cable and plug again the network is running. When is the problem resolved? Or is my X9s broken?
Hi, It is possible to start the network connection at boot later. Possibly the network is switched on before the drivers are fully loaded and the static IP address has been transferred.
