Hello all, Today the DMP A-06 started with a new app skin and some features stopped working as accessing to my Music in the Amazon HD music account. Although the albums are listed with the name and album picture, when clicking on any Album, the system returns the message “The resource you requested wasn’t found on Amazon Music servers” I’ve disconnected and connected several times my Amazon account on the DMP and also rebooted the device… and rolled back to previous app skin. Accessing songs through the Artist, then chose Album you can see the Album tracks, but, when click on play, the system returns “Track no longer available”. The issue hapens on both the iPhone mobile app ans also directly through the touch screen. It’is incredible anyone can publish a nee version with this big bug knowing the price of the system. Thnks

Yes!! You are right!! But I don’t understand why this “app” upgrade (for the phone) solves also the issue on the physical Eversolo device Really appreciate your help! The worst part is the manufacturer didn’t contacted with me after I’ve opened a Supoort Request? Does this kind of support what the customers need? Incredible. This issue caused by the manufacturer it self, demostrated the lack of planification, testing and quality software they have. I’m not sure if we should keep this manufacturer in our setups. If they don’t have support we can’t solve issues. Shameful attitude of the manufacturer.
@Antoni Anton Prats Hard words! Have you ever looked into this forum and to the eversolo guys work here? They work hard to keep us all satisfied. Some things quick, some things take a longer time. But this guys are always in progress. How many manufacturers do you have in your setups who akt this way? Please tell.

Yes, I’ve looked up and the new version published yesterday. I know they work here and hard, but as technician with more than 30 years of telecommunications experience I know you should never publish a version to put your customers devices hung and useless. I couldn’t play my Amazon music for a week. This is a fact and they should plan their software publish properly and with warrants all is working fine. This is not a toy this a hi-fi device which all of us payed close to a thousand euros and it should not stop working for a wrong or bad or un tested operating system version. This is my concern. If you don’t agree, sorry for this. This is not a personal question or personal issue, this a manufacturer planing issue. I’m happy they found a solution to their mistake but, these mistakes can’t affect the customers. This is a manufacturer enterorise product, this id not a Github or Open Software made by users, it is a manufacturer product. What will you thing if your Audi or Ford or any car stops working by a wrong planned software publication. It is the same with the diference DMP-A06 Gen 2 doesn’t use wheels Nothing else.
With your example you randomly ran in my professional area. If you would know how bad software in cars is and how often this cars stand still about that... We can be glad to have this DMP`s from eversolo.
Then, if you would know what the customers of the cars will think in any suposal they will try to go on holidays and because a wrong software planning and testing their cars would not start or they stop in a highway at 120km/h. In any case I’m very happy and satisfied with the results of Eversolo DMP-A06 Gen 2, but not happy with their software developpment and testing. They should thing in their mistake to avoid a new issue like this. Also, And they should know they designed, developped ans produced a great DAC killing any competitors at any scale and level. It is a good product.
