Installed .70 this morning. Albums more than 1 folder level down still not showing up.

 

This was available OTA for me. I wasn’t aware being a beta tester. I have new mobile app installed and then 1.470 became available. I have downloaded but it won’t let me update. Just says downloaded do not reboot, when I hit update I get a spinning wheel and nothing happens.

 

It takes a bit. Just let it go.

 

Nothing to do with the mobile app.

 

hey bob, looks like it is only by this one album of "Clapton - Money and Cigarettes" I played. Played arround more and checked many other albums and every time it was alright.

Thanks, left it for over 5 minutes. All I get is a spinning wheel in the mobile app. Nothing happens on the device at all. I’ll email support.

 

What has the mobile app to do with the OTA Update of the device itself?
Do you know what you are doing?

 

I’m triggering the device update from the app. I go to settings/about/check version/update. Ive done this every update without issue until today.

Maybe we should remove the year display on the cover. Especially on white covers it is almost unreadable.
Why not add the year next to the album title in brackets? It seems more logical and practical.

If the album title is too long, you can make it in the format of a running line.

I really like the "Listen at will" feature. It would be very useful to be able to select which genres to include.

 

2 days with the new firmware 1.4.70: the album folder of the Plex app now always remember the last sorting method. Thanks for your attention also to this little requests. Everything is working well so far and I really like the the firmware/app.

 

Has anyone noticed the interruption in gapless playback? It doesn't work for me on Plex or UPnP regardless of the position of the cursor in the settings.

 

Yes, it has been reported.

When you play a concept or a live album the music stops at the end of every song for a while before starting the next one. I have a DMP-A8 connected with 2 different nas Qnap with Plex Server. The same thing happen if I play something from the MinimServer using the UPnP connection. This problem started with the new firmware. Never had this issue before.

Some requests, I think useful for development:
a - Implement the Parametric EQ and Graphic EQ functions also for the other inputs, for example USB
b - In "Library" add the date of the last scan, after the "scanned" indication
c - Even if a Graphic EQ correction has been performed, the relative thumbnail does not report it (it only reports a flat line)
d - More challenging, but it would be really great, to be able to perform the environmental correction via USB microphone, as for the A8.

I noticed a bug in screen (former cast) functionality.
Setup
- DMP-A6 Master Gen 2 - firmware 1.4.75
- OnePlus 12 - Android 15 - Eversolo Control App 1.14.65

I am using classic style in Eversolo Control App.
I open screen (cast) and when closing it Eversolo Control App crashes.
If I use new style in Eversolo Control App then closing screen works fine.
