Hey beli, excellent that’s wonderful news, absolutely I am so very happy to hear the news, not to sound
Ungrateful or dissatisfied in anyway, however, something in the order as such should’ve been implemented
And put into use and follow through on like it should’ve been from the very beginning, before those units
Were even offered to the general public for Sale, warranty and service measures should have been long-standing
And put in place to dealer or a specific warranty, and repair center, also when you received your unit
Most likely as mine , There should have been an explicit warranty certificate in the box with these units
That gave you any and all information in regards to their warranty, parts, labor, etc. , I have purchased
a great deal of equipment in the last 40 or 50 years had never ever remember a specific Rite warranty
Card or be at some type of literature enclosed in the shipping box of the said unit. well it’s a start
Perhaps in the foreseeable future hopefully potential customers will find a warranty certificate

That is put forth and implied within the literature of the shipping container, sorry for the entire paragraph
But again I am also sorry that’s these units were not taken care of in nature of their warranty
Along with any and all information inside the box in the first place, as you proceed it’s unpacked the
Shipping container/box…this is also A bad move in regards to potential customers and customer relations,
I believe in putting the truth out there sometime it may pay you in exactly that
More than likely to purchase and other unit at a much higher cost However, sometime it
It is money well spent Just in the order of peace of mind, Means a lot, Bad news travels fast
Especially in such a niche market. Absolutely.

but again excellent news not to be blunt, but let’s hope they don’t drop the ball, With warranty and
Other problems in the foreseeable future, But I am so very happy to hear that, I have said this before
It kind of restored my faith and humanity to a certain degree, Good luck and happy listening
