Network Access - please include cifs.ko and busybox (if not already installed)

    Hi Zidoo,

    I have purchased two X6 pro players and am hoping they will arrive early next week.

    Can you please tell me if there is ability to Telnet into the X6 Pro?

    Does the X6 Pro have ability to mount "cifs" (Windows/Samba = SMB) shares from Windows/Linux Servers?

    If it does not, could you please compile the following modules into the next build/update and also include busybox?

    /system/lib/modules/cifs.ko
    /system/lib/modules/md4.ko
    /system/lib/modules/nls_utf8.ko

    insmod /system/lib/modules/md4.ko
    insmod /system/lib/modules/nls_utf8.ko
    insmod /system/lib/modules/cifs.ko

    This would allow the X6 Pro to mount remote filesystems from SMB network shares and access Windows/Linux servers properly. It may help eliminate issues some people are reporting with som programs not running properly when accessing Windows/Linux servers.

    it has cifs, and can use nfs and smb.
