My Z9S has some problems

Hi,

I bought a Z9S in June. When I want to watch movies, it works fine.

When I want to record the HDMI source, I have some problems:

1. it doesn't support HDCP, but i solved it;
2. sometimes, when recording/broadcasting starts, the audio is badly heard;
3. after 1 hour and 10-12 minutes from the start of the recording, the audio is no longer heard and the video is no longer recorded, and the produced file is visible but not usable;
   
4. after 1 hour and 10-12 minutes from the start of the multicast transmission, the audio is no longer heard and the video delay from the source to the multicast receiver can even exceed 10 seconds;

It doesn't seem to let me record or broadcast beyond 1 hour and 10 minutes.

I want to know if this problem is due to firmware or hardware and how to fix.
