Movie/TV show ratings on z1000pro

Looking for help to get ratings for movies and tv to show on the poster wall. I have enabled it in the settings but no ratings are appearing?
What do I need to do to fix this?

Thank you. I think I ran an update when I purchased it 1 month ago. It is Version v6.3.60

 

Try to update to the last version (6.4.06). Choose "Online update" after to have checked the option "Receive the beta version".

 

Is that known to fix this issue?
What’s the stability of the beta version like? Happy with everything else atm and don’t want it to mess things up.

 

I remember an issue like yours but I don't remember what was the version of the firmware. Yes, the 6.4.06 is stable and working great, but the online trailers.
