More Than a Brand: A Trust Story with Zidoo ✨

    A short time ago, I shared a post on Facebook explaining how disappointed I was when my EverSolo A6 Gen2 suddenly stopped working.


    To my surprise, Kim Smith from the Zidoo team personally reached out to me after seeing my post. She expressed genuine concern about the issue and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience I experienced. Her empathy felt real — not just customer service talk.


    When Kim told me they would be sending me a brand new replacement unit, I honestly couldn’t believe it. I even told her it wouldn’t really help, because I wouldn’t be able to afford the customs fees and high taxes here in Turkey.


    But Kim gave me another shock — she said Zidoo would cover everything.


    Just two days later, I received a tracking number. The package was shipped on August 13 and, despite some hiccups with the local delivery company, it reached me on August 21.


    I’ve dealt with many brands in the past, but Zidoo’s level of customer satisfaction blew me away. It’s simply unmatched.


    Seeing my unit replaced so smoothly and so generously was something I never imagined. It left a lasting impression on me.


    Knowing that companies like this still exist in the world — that truly stand behind their products and care about their customers — is genuinely heartwarming.


    From now on, Zidoo is a brand I will proudly recommend to everyone around me.
