    Goodmorning everyone,
I am extremely happy with my zidoo x9s.
I only have a problem with playing HEVC mkv file.

With the media player playing the original file is divided in half on the diagonal and the colors are distorted.

With VLC or ZDMC the same file goes well.

How can I fix the problem?
The problem must be the file or media player?

    Thanks to everyone.

Dude, that is one heavily compressed video, have you tried it on another device that has hardware HEVC playback?
It may play fine in software playback but I bet the picture quality is terrible.

    Hi,
i've tried on another hardware and the video goes well. The picture is not so bad.
But the problem with native media player remains....

I record two video of the problem. i'ts a very strange thing.
This one is the video in the first post:
    https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-34brGnSySEREdqaVFwMk53dHc

This is the famous jellyfish video "jellyfish-55-mbps-hd-hevc.mkv":
    https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-34brGnSySEUE01UzNscll5Smc

Both videos are perfect played with kodi or VLC

The result of the jellyfish is the same .......

I begin to think that the device has problems.
