M2ts files out of sync srt files

Hello
My device is Zidoo Z9S. I use ZDMC to play M2ts files. But all the srt files are out of sync (though I put the srt and m2ts file in a same folder and tested on computer).
Mkv files should have no problem
Pls help me fix this.

Why not just mux the two into an MKV container with MKVToolnix?

It takes minutes and you can set up a batch if you have many to do.

 

Thanks for your idea but I really dont have time to do it. I just want to know why this happens to m2ts file. I dont wish to mux all of my m2ts files into mkv.

i think it was the audio that was out sync. in any case, both audio n subtitle (seems not pgs though) offset can be adjusted.

 

I seem to be experiencing this issue with the z9x as well, and i have not found any solutions. factory reset, etc have all failed.
